About Us

Christian Aviation has been operating as an air transport provider since April 1984.
After building a hangar on the current site and purchasing a Piper Navajo, work commenced to gain an air services certificate. Beginning with one full-time and one part-time pilot, by 1996 Christian Aviation had grown to operate four IFR twin-engine aircraft and three single engine aircraft.
Simultaneously, the aircraft engineering and maintenance department was developed and by 1996 employed three engineers catering to a wide variety of aircraft.
The type of Christian Aviation's flying operations have varied over the years but continue to revolve mainly around passenger transport to most New Zealand airfields, 24 hours - 7 days a week.
The owners of Christian Aviation have a lifetime history of involvement in aviation, from maintenance to flying operations, from Tiger Moths to B747's. They continue to grow this wealth of experience, enabling Christian Aviation to offer all their customers an incredibly high level of professionalism.
